Reminder: Journey of Healing AGM to be held in conjunction with ANTaR SA 2011 AGM

Notice: 2011 AGM
6 September 7:00 pm (following 6pm Board meeting)

The agenda as required under the constitution will be as follows:
1. Confirm the minutes of the preceding Annual General Meeting.
2. Receive the Chairperson's report for the previous financial year.
3. Receive the Treasurer's report and the audited financial statement for the previous financial year, together with the financial budget for the current financial year.
4. Elect the Management Committee.
5. Conduct any other business placed on the agenda at a minimum of 21 days prior to commencement of the meeting.
6. Appoint an auditor for the next financial year.
